IOI Group Announces Senior Management Changes

CHICAGOThe Managing Board of IOI Loders Croklaan Group announced key personnel changes to its senior management team effective July 1, 2012.

Julian Veitch has been appointed CEO. Veitch has been serving in the role of COO, Americas Region since January 2006 and will continue in that role until a successor is named. Vincent Geerts has been appointed group CFO. Geerts has functioned as the Financial Controller for IOI Loders Croklaan Europe from October 2009 to present.

Michael van Sallandt will assume the position of COO for IOI Loders Croklaan Asia and the present COO for IOI Loders Croklaan Asia. Sallandt served as COO for IOI Loders Croklaan Europe from August 2006 until September 2009. The present COO for IOI Loders Croklaan Asia, U.R. Sahasranamam, will assume the position of Senior Group Director of Special Projects.
