DENVER Lightning Labels LLC launched a iPhone label quoting application, iLabel, to allow iPhone users to get a free custom label printing quote in less than a minute from the all-digital label printer. The iLabel app, which can be downloaded from the iTunes store, was developed after the company noticed the high volume of iPhone users getting quotes from the main Lightning Labels Web site.

Users fill out six selection fields and submit their request. From there, explained James Lowry, general manager, Quote information is immediately forwarded to the appropriate customer service representative. Users can tap a button to call Lightning Labels and discuss details, deadlines and any other applicable information with a rep fully apprised of their needssaving additional time and effort.

The company also has a state-of-the-art Web-based system for uploading artwork, and can handle all fulfillment requirements in a streamlined fashion. Label sizes and shapes can range from ½-inch circular to 11 x 17-inch rectangular.
