Nitta Gelatin Names New Business Development Manager

MORRISVILLE, N.C.Nitta Gelatin hired Erika Tchang as business development manager for its Wellnex collagen peptides product line. Tchangs role is focused on developing the North American and European markets for collagen peptides.

Prior to joining Nitta Gelatin, Tchang recently served as a consultant for dietary supplement and food ingredient manufacturers. She also brings experience in nutricosmetic and nutritional ingredients from past marketing and sales roles for a North American ingredient distributor.
