Oat Tech Adds 2 Board Members

RAPID CITY, S.D.The Oat Tech Board of Directors named David W. Rogers and Jeff Grogg to its board during its annual meeting held May. The new members join Paul J. Whalen, Timothy Whalen, Robert North, and Rick Williams, president of Oat Tech, on the board.

As former CEO of Cargills Europe division and senior vice-president of the company, Rogers brings 35 years of experience to the Oat Tech board, with expertise in commodity risk, sourcing, shipping and trading globally, and investing in infrastructure to support these activities at both origin and destination.

Grogg is the owner and founder of JPG Resources, a food-consulting business, and was a founder and member of the leadership team for Bridgetown Natural Foods, a Portland, Ore.-based manufacturer of nutritional bars and granola. Grogg was formerly with Kellogg, where he led product development teams for Kashi, Bear Naked, Stretch Island, and Kellogg Health & Wellness.
