Spicetec Announces Promotion in Meat Applications Team

OMAHA, Neb. Spicetec Flavors & Seasonings, a business of ConAgra Foods Inc., promoted Gabriella Bosch to Senior Food Scientist. Bosch joined Spicetec in 2008 as a Food Scientist following an internship with the company during the summer of 2007. She has an MS in Science from Rutgers University, and a BS in Food Engineering from UNALM in Lima, Peru.

Bosch is a member of the Meat Applications Laboratory team, based in Cranbury, NJ. In addition, she  provides technical-to-technical relationships with key accounts and customer service to members of Research, Quality and Innovation, Sales, Quality Assurance, Procurement and Operations.
