Standard Process Named Top Wisconsin Company

PALMYRA, Wis.Standard Process Inc. is again named one of the largest privately held businesses headquartered in Wisconsin. This year, the whole food supplement manufacturer rose three places to number 60 on the Wisconsin 75 list. This is Standard Process fourth consecutive year on being on the list, which is presented by accounting and business consulting firm Deloitte.

Standard Process has been in business for 82 years, and in 2010, Standard Process reported revenue over $108 million.

Companies are ranked by overall revenue for the Wisconsin 75. To be considered for the voluntary submission process, qualifying companies must be headquartered in Wisconsin; majority owned by an individual(s), family or by an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP); and have a minimum of $50 million in annual sales revenue.

Standard Process was recently named a Top 100 Workplace in Southeastern Wisconsin and is a member of the Inc. 5000 Honor Roll. Additionally, the company received Nutrition Business Journals Business Achievement Award for Investment in the Future for its strong vision for what it takes to succeed in business, as well as a strong sense of responsibility to do the right thing," according to the nutrition industry newsletter.
