TSI Forms New Services, Products Divisions

MISSOULA, Mt.TSI Group formed two new divisions value services and innovation products with the goal to double existing corporate business by 2015. The innovation products division will provide global sales and marketing of proprietary branded ingredients such as PEAK ATP®, Promilin®, PromilinPro®, MSV60® and Ostivone®. Value services division branded ingredients will include PUREFLEX® glucosamine and chondroitin, GlucosaGreen non-shellfish glucosamine, phytovone soy extracts, Opteava® green tea and Gingko 24/6/5.

Original founding co-partner Larry Kolb will be managing director of innovation products division based in Missoula, MT. David Tiffney, who has been with TSI for 10 years, will be managing director of value services division and is based at the companys operation headquarters in Shanghai.

Recent strategic acquisitions have significantly elevated manufacturing and supply chain strengths and capabilities for TSI. In 2010 TSI acquired New Products Development (NPD) Australia, a manufacturer of finished dose products for Australia and southeast Asia. In 2011, TSI purchased Yessamin Ltd. a Norwegian contract manufacturing company with operations based in China to service the Chinese market as well as Scandinavia. TSI also recently partnered with Metabolic Technologies Inc. (MTI) to bring more innovative proprietary products to the marketplace.

TSI has also developed a new corporate logo and trade show booth, which will be unveiled at Engredea/Natural Products Expo West in March.
