Villaume Kal Appointed Rousselot President

EINDHOVEN, The NetherlandsVION Ingredients announced Villaume Kal has been appointed president of the Rousselot business unit. He will succeed Bruno Saquet who is set to retire at the end of July.

Kal brings an international focus and broad experience in pharmaceutical, food specialties and fine chemicals industries. He will facilitate Rousselot to achieve its strategic goals, while continuing focus on business commitments and high customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining the company, Kal worked more than 15 years at Royal DSM in the global B2B pharmaceutical, food specialties and industrial biotechnology industries. In his latest position, he was DSM BioSolutions' vice president, where he focused on customer development and manufacturing services for pharmaceutical, food and industrial biotechnology clients. He holds a masters degree in bio-organic chemistry from the University of Leiden.
