TEINEN, BelgiumBENEO's plants in Wijgmaal, Belgium, and Confienza, Italy, were awarded International Food Standard (IFS) certification, with a score of 98.5%. Both facilities produce the company's functional rice derivatives, including the companys Remyline, Remygel and Remyflo brands.

The IFS is a standard for auditing the quality and safety of food processes and products, and is conducted on a yearly basis. It confirms compliance to the highest standards and is acknowledged throughout the worldwide food industry as well as by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
