Steam-Textured Soy Protein

ASHDOD, IsraelSolbar launched Bontex, a steam-textured soy protein that can be used in multiple food applications, including bakery, snacks, meat, vegetarian and ready-to-eat meals. Bontex is steam-textured via HTST, which eliminates soy off-flavors while preserving essential nutrients.

Available in five sizes, Bontex has no flavor or coating and can be customized. Flavors and natural colors are fully blended into the product prior to texturization for whole-matrix flavoring. Bontex is free of gluten and oil, and is kosher certified.
