NEW YORK—The beauty-from-within drink market is booming as popular foodmakers enter the arena with their own functional beverage products. Nestle, for instance, recently released Glowelle Beauty Drink Supplement, an anti-aging drink that benefits the skin.

The natural drink market is also gaining ground as popular trend beverages such as energy drinks are going all-natural. Big Earth Brands, for example, introduced a new energy drink called Vital Action Performance Water, which “is touted as the first energy drink to utilize Fruit Up Premium, a natural sweetening system made from a blend of 'clear fruit,' such as apples and grapes, that is said to have a low glycemic index,” Datamonitor reported.
