Food and Beverage Sampling Program Announced for SupplySide West

PHOENIXVirgo Publishing announced a new free food and beverage sampling program, Taste of SupplySide, for SupplySide West, Nov. 11 to 13, 2009, at The Venetian & The Sands Expo in Las Vegas. Exhibitors offering samples of food and beverage applications incorporating their ingredient or technology will be announced prior to SupplySide West. The Taste of SupplySide program is designed to assist attendees in locating companies and samples that have piqued their interest.

Weve created Taste of SupplySide to serve the growing number of food and beverage attendees coming to the show in search of cutting-edge ingredients and technologies, said Bob Weeks, publisher for Food Product Design magazine.

The list of participating exhibitors and details of their samples will be announced at the end of September and available at supplysideshow.com/west. Additionally, the list will be available on site and in the Show Guide.
