HONG KONG— A recent article published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry reviewed studies investigating the effects of various foods and nutraceuticals on cholesterol levels in both animals and humans, particularly those that reduce cholesterol via one (or more) of five different mechanisms.
