A computer program from Senspire, Flavor Studio, offers support in ingredient selection and product development by drawing on a database of 800,000 recipes and formulations to create comprehensive lists of items that are compatible with ingredients chosen by the user.  Results can be narrowed or broadened to reflect stronger and weaker flavor compatibilities.  The program also offers tools for taste testing, nutritional information, and internal communications for collaborative development.
