Todhunter Foods & Monarch Wine Company Is Now Imperial Brands Gourmet & Specialty Division

Todhunter Foods & Monarch Wine Company, supplier of cooking wines and specialty vinegars, announces that it will now be known as Imperial Brands Gourmet & Specialty Division due to the recent acquisition by Imperial Brands, Inc. The name change to Imperial Brands Gourmet & Specialty Division demonstrates that we are anxious to move forward with the same quality products and personnel, but with an increased ambition to seek new and exciting ways to exceed our customers expectations, states one representative. We are pleased that our new owners will move forward using core personnel, will continue to use our Florida and Kentucky plants, and that they have expressed a great desire to cultivate our food business.

Imperial Brands, Inc., headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, has also purchased Florida Distillers Company, the manufacturing arm of Todhunter Foods with a core focus on industrial wine, vinegar, and specialty products.
