FORT LEE, N.J.Ajinomoto North America, Inc. recently launched its amino acid-based dietary supplement for immune support, amino Defense. The ingredient contains AJI-C&T, a patented blend of cystine and theanine amino acids, which helps the body produce glutathione for immune support.
