American Association for Health Freedom Debuts New Name

GREAT FALLS, Va.--The American Association for Health Freedom(AAHF) is the new name for the group formerly known as the American Preventive Medical Association. According toAAHF, the board of directors made the name change to underscore the organization's long-term mission. "The new name leaves no doubt that our focus is achieving health freedom for Americans," said MurraySusser, M.D., president of AAHF(www.healthfreedom.net). The group is a nonprofit advocacy organization that works at the federal level to increase consumer access to alternative therapies and information about health care options.
