Physiological Effects of Bifidobacterium Longum BB536 and Its Application in Food Products and Dietary Supplements
COMMACK, N.Y.--Bifidobacterium longum BB536 has been developed as a probiotic strain for various applications. According to CBC (America) Corp., it shows excellent stability and physiological benefits, including intestinal conditioning, improved immune function and reduced risk of some cancers.
