CL Tests Shows Melatonin Doses Vary

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.All of the melatonin supplements recently tested by ConsumerLab.com contained their labeled amounts of melatonin, but analysis showed the suggested daily dosage ranged greatlyfrom 1 mg to 50 mgand cost ranged from just 4 cents to $1.36 for an equivalent dose. ConsumerLab.com recently selected and tested nine different melatonin supplements, and also found one supplement failed to properly disclose all of its ingredients.
