Estee Lauder to Use Colostrum in Skin Care Line
ARDEN HILLS, Minn.--Estee Lauder signed an agreement with GalaGen Inc. in which the cosmetic giant will use GalaGen's colostrum-based ingredient in its skin care products. Estee Lauder expects to begin shipping products with this ingredient by the second quarter of 2001. According to the company, colostrum is a natural compound that reportedly enhances collagen synthesis and promotes skin health.
Theterms of this agreement do not prohibit GalaGen from supplying its colostrum-basedproduct to other skin care manufacturers. For more information, visit www.galagen.comor www.esteelauder.com.
