FONA Begins Construction in Geneva

CAROL STREAM, Ill.--Flavors of North America (FONA)announced the groundbreaking of a new facility in Geneva on Nov. 25. The newfacility will include a state-of-the-art flavor development lab, application andprototype creation labs, a culinary center, and expansive training andeducational areas. The first phase of the project consists of an80,000-square-foot facility that will be built on a 22.5-acre site in the GenevaBusiness Park. Tentative plans for future phases include the possibility of acorporate laboratory and an additional office building, according to the company(www.fonaflavors.com).
