Glanbia Named Exclusive Distributor of Nutrition 21 Ingredients

NEW YORKNutrition 21 LLC named Glanbia Nutritionals (NA), Inc., exclusive distributor of its nutritional ingredients as part of a distribution and co-promotion agreement.

Glanbia will co-market Chromax® chromium picolinate, Selenomax® high selenium yeast, SelenoPure® L-selenomethionine and Zinmax® zinc picolinate in North America to the food, beverage and dietary supplement industries.

Chromax chromium picolinate is a nutrient formulated into products addressing a variety of health and lifestyle issues such as, cognitive function, weight management, food cravings, mood and support for healthy glucose metabolism. Selenomax is a high selenium yeast that has clinical benefits in helping immune function. SelenoPure is a highly bioavailable source of yeast-free selenium having significant benefits as an antioxidant and anti-viral and for supporting thyroid function, and Zinmax zinc picolinate, made in the United States, is a source of the essential trace mineral zinc.
