TORONTO--Jamieson Laboratories acquired ProMedis, amanufacturer of weight management products sold to medical clinics in the UnitedStates and Canada. Jamieson Labs (www.jamiesonvitamins.com)is one of Canada's largest manufacturers of nutritional products, exporting tomore than 30 countries worldwide. According to Vic Neufeld, president ofJamieson, the company will grow ProMedis' product offerings by introducingdietary supplements to the catalog.
