RIPON, Calif.—La Belle Inc. developed a new line of nutrition bars, CardioPRO, designed to show the diversity of health-targeted ingredients available through La Belle, particularly its beneficial colostrum. CardioPRO bars feature a balanced blend of vegetable and almond proteins, patented high beta-glucan fiber and cholesterollowering plant sterols, and come in six flavors, including apple cinnamon and double chocolate fudge. La Belle will be sampling the CardioPRO bars at SupplySide West, as well as vitamin C colostrum chewables, and will present its product intact®, a low-fat, low-lactose, high-protein colostrum powder.
