LycoRed, Materna Formulate Infant Formula for Israeli Market

BEER SHEVA, Israel—Materna Labratories launched its Materna Big powdered milk product with vitamins formulated by LycoRed Ltd. The product contains 23 essential vitamins and minerals, probiotics and fiber for immune system function and healthy digestion in children ages 2.5 to 8 years. “Materna wanted to create a reduced-sugar, fat-free product that would appeal to both kids and their mothers,” said Udi Alroy, marketing director for LycoRed Ltd.
