New AVEBE CFO Chosen

VEENDAM, THE NETHERLANDSAs previously announced, Gertjan Noordermeer will be leaving AVEBE on Aug. 1, 2007. This early announcement has given AVEBE sufficient time to seek a new member of the Board/CFO.
It gives us great pleasure to announce that Ed Kraaigenzank has expressed his willingness to take over the challenging position of CFO and member of the Board. Kraaigenzank will be joining AVEBE on June 1, 2007.
As well as his current position as CFO at CEVA Logistics, Kraaigenzank has held various directorships and CFO positions at companies, including KPN and EXACT.
Kraaigenzank is 50 years old, is married and has two children.
We wish Mr. Kraaigenzank the best of luck with his new position.
