Nutrinova and Ceapro Sign Distribution Agreement

FRANKFURT, Germany--Nutrinova (www.nutrinova.com) and the Canadian oat technology company Ceapro Inc. (www.ceapro.com) have signed a global distribution agreement for Ceapro'sbeta-glucan and oat ingredients. According to the agreement, Nutrinova will take over sales and marketing ofbeta-glucan products and will help research and develop other dietary fiber products containingglucan. "We see this strategic alliance with Ceapro as an important step to develop significant new high-value applications," said Arthur Steinmetz, chief executive officer and president ofNutrinova.
