OmniActive Launches Lutein Campaign

MORRISTOWN, N.J. OmniActive Health Technologies launched its new "Lutein for Every Age" campaign to raise awareness for eye health across the age spectrum. The campaign, which will debut at Engredea, aims to teach consumers the importance of supplementation for maintaining eye health. OmniActive recently became a platinum sponsor of the Ocular Nutrition Society (ONS), and the two are working together for eye health education.
"Declining eye health is something commonly associated with an aging population, however, we are seeing a new set of vision concerns emerge as a result of early and heavy use of computers and other electronic devices," said Jeffrey Anshel, OD, president of ONS. "The importance of educating the public at large about simple things they can do to maintain healthy vision, including lutein supplementation, cannot be understated."
