MILLBURN, N.J.--The new Quadro^® Fine Grinding Comil^® system is a single turnkey skid-mounted process system targeted for reducing particle size to 10 microns. The benefits of this mill include consistent product sizing, low heat, reduced noise, low energy and high throughput. Product is control fed to the milling chamber where it is size-reduced and discharged to a cyclone and to a collection vessel through a rotary airlock. The system is automatically controlled during production and additional features can be added to monitor and record quality control parameters. The operator interface can be used either in manual or automatic mode. All units are constructed from stainless steel and designed for use in cGMP facilities.
