Seditol Improves Sleep, Reduces Fatigue

IRVINE, Calif.A patentedextract of Magnolia officinalis combinedwith a proprietary extract of Ziziphus spinosa (asSeditol by Next Pharmaceuticals) improves nightly sleep and reduces fatigue,according to the results of an independent human study.

Of 45 adults administered the supplement, 91 percent reportedit helped them achieve a sound nights sleep; 89 percent felt rested uponawakening); 91 percent experienced less fatigue due to lack of sleep; 84 percentclaimed the supplement increased their energy during the day; 82 percent ratedthe product as effective in helping them fall asleep; and 87 percent ofthe subjects reported they fell asleep quickly. In addition, 76 percent of thesubjects stated they felt refreshed after waking up, and 84 percent rated theproduct as effective in relieving mild insomnia.
