SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.Stemtech International was named to the 2010 Inc. 5000 list, Inc.s annual ranking of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. The company, a producer of nutritional and dietary supplements sold via independent distributors, was No. 1,484 on this years list.

Our fast growth can be attributed mainly to the market acceptance and efficacy of our patented stem cell nutrition products," said Ray Carter, president and CEO. Rather than simply nourishing existing cells, they support the natural release and movement of adult stem cellsthe master cells produced by your bone marrow. A growing body of published scientific data shows that a greater number of circulating adult stem cells equates to better overall wellness."

Carter also attributed the companys quick growth to its business model. Instead of selling our products through retail stores, we have chosen to distribute them via network marketing, a specialized subcategory of direct selling," he said. History has shown this to be an effective approach for new concepts like ours where some basic consumer education is needed. It has also allowed us to expand rapidly worldwide, as we now have subsidiaries in 14 countries on six continents."
