Stiebs ~ TRUE Pomegranate

MADERA, Calif.Stiebs launched a new ingredient line for the nutraceutical, cosmeceutical and functional food markets. TRUE Pomegranate offerings include pomegranate extract and pomegranate oil, which can be used in food, beverage, dietary supplement and personal care applications. The ingredients are produced using a proprietary process and using 100-percent California pomegranate fruit.

Stefan Wypyszyk, senior business development manager in Stiebs Nutraceuticals Division, noted the company retains the natural ratio of polyphenols from pomegranate during processing. The phytochemical fingerprint in our TRUE Pomegranate products remains true to that of the pomegranate fruit and juice," he said.
