Weider to Launch Natural Health in Russia

NEW YORK--Weider Publications, publisher of Natural Health, signed an agreement in mid-August to launch Natural Health in Russia. The Russian edition will be published by Veneto Publishing House, with a November 2001 launch with an initial circulation of 50,000 copies.

This is the second magazine Veneto is launching in Russia in partnership withWeider; SHAPE magazine's Russian edition was introduced in October 1999 and has grown 192 percent since that time. "Natural Health's first international edition is in capable hands withVeneto," said Will Marks, general manager of the American edition for Weider (www.weiderpub.com). "They are committed to the natural self-care market and have strong publishing experience in Russia."
