Wellmune, Unistraw Produce Flavored Immunity Straws

EAGAN, Minn.Wellmune WGP® and Unistraw USA partnered to produce the new Unistraw Tubulars Immunity Straw, a flavored drinking straw for milk designed to support immune health.

Unistraw Tubulars offer a passion fruit taste and deliver a daily serving of Wellmune (250 mg per straw). They will launch within the United States in 2013 and within other markets in 2014. Biothera's booth at the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo in Chicago July 13 through July 16 will have samples of the new straws.

Richard Mueller, Biothera's CEO, said Tubulars are a novel and patented application to "support tweens health" by promoting immune health and the nutritional benefits of milk.
