Cargills three ingredients befitting the low carb foodindustry are Ascend Trehalose, a natural energy source perfect forhigh-protein beverages; Oliggo-Fiber Inulin, a natural low-calorie fiber thatmay increase calcium absorption; and heart-healthy Corowise phytosterols,which have been shown to reduce cholesterol when part of a diet low in saturatedfat and cholesterol.
