A new test conducted by ConsumerLabs.com found 50 omega-3 supplements, foods and beverages clean of contaminants with safe levels of mercury, lead and PCBs. The amount of omega-3 fatty acids stated in each product was found to be true, ranging from 16 mg to more than 1,000 mg of omega-3s per serving.
