MIDDLESEX, N.J.NutraBio an FDA inspected and registered GMP manufacturer and online marketer of nutritional supplements, and NutraCea, a producer and marketer of products derived from rice bran, announced a non-exclusive sales and marketing license agreement under which NutraBio will take over packaging and online consumer sales of NutraCeas RiSolubles & RiBalance products.

We are pleased to enter into this agreement that will see our RiSolubles and RiBalance products sold online through Mark Glaziers NutraBio.com website," said  NutraCea CEO W. John Short.  "This arrangement will allow these highly nutrient dense products to continue to be available to the many people who have purchased directly from NutraCea in the past. In addition, as NutraBio takes over our online business-to-consumer sales, NutraCea will be better able to focus our resources on business-to-business activities."

Both RiSolubles and RiBalance, derived from NutraCeas stabilized rice bran (RiBran), are nutrient-dense foods that support overall health and fitness. Rice bran fiber concentrates have been shown to positively affect cholesterol.  Rich in antioxidants, co-factors and essential fatty acids (EFAs), RiSolubles supports a healthy lifestyle. RiBalance naturally enriches a gluten-free diet with necessary nutritional benefits to maintain overall health. These ingredients provide a bioavailable source of protein, phytonutrients, phytosterols and other essential nutrients.

On March 9, 2012 NutraCea will close its nutraceaonline.com store and redirect customers to NutraBio.com.
