Nutrition 21 Omega-3 Gets ConsumerLab OK

PURCHASE, N.Y.—Nutrition 21 Inc. (NASDAQ:NXXI) announced its Iceland Health Omega-3 1,000 mg softgel capsules were approved by ConsumerLab.com in tests of omega-3 products. Nutrition 21 voluntarily submitted its product to ConsumerLab.com for testing. Results indicated Iceland Health Omega-3 softgel capsules met the established standards for content, product purity, freshness, and potential contaminants (e.g., mercury, lead and PCBs) for omega-3 fish oil products.
