MADERA, Calif.—Polyphenolics will debut its patent-pending MegaNatural BP grape seed extract. The product has been studied in clinical trials and shows the ability to help address mild hypertension, reducing diastolic and systolic blood pressure parameters in patients taking 300 mg/d. Dr. S. Tissa Kappagoda, professor of medicine at the University of California, Davis, will discuss these studies in a VendorWorks presentation at SupplySide West on Thursday, Oct. 19.
