AHPA's Botanical Congress Debuts During SupplySide MarketPlace

NEW YORKThe American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) is presenting the first AHPA Botanical Congress, supported by VIRGO, an information distribution company focused on the most innovative and complex business-to-business markets that fuel the U.S. and world economies.
The Botanical Congress is a full-day, executive-level symposium about the business of herbal and botanical product and will run in conjunction with SupplySide MarketPlace. The AHPA Botanical Congress will be held Tuesday, May 8, at the Javits Center in New York.
The AHPA Botanical Congress is targeted toward all C-level executives; quality assurance/quality compliance professionals; and research and development, marketing and business development personnel engaged in the manufacturing, supply, distribution, retail and analytical segments of the herb and botanical trade, including dietary supplements, personal care, and food and beverage products.
Presentations will focus on the business of herbs and botanicals from plant to consumer. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn from and network with a renowned faculty possessing extensive experience in areas including market and financial data, regulatory compliance, sustainability, international supply chain considerations and emerging botanical research. FDA, FTC and USDA representatives have been invited to speak.

Registration to the AHPA Botanical Congress includes a luncheon with a special keynote presentation and a MarketPlace Package, which includes access to the MarketPlace Exhibit Hall and other events (a $200 value).
Early-bird registration is $445 for AHPA members and $545 for nonmembers through March 30. After March 30, registration for AHPA members is $495 and $595 for nonmembers.
