MIAMIONE Bio Corp. (OTCBB: ONBI), announced its subsidiary, Green Planet Bioengineering Co. Ltd., signed a U.S. distribution agreement with P&G Ingredient LLC. The agreement covers pre-orders for ONE Bios nutraceutical extracts, including resveratrol, stevia, 5-HTP, polygonum extract and spirulina powder.

"This agreement is an important part of our strategy to expand distribution of our highly sought-after raw chemicals and herbal extracts in the United States," said Marius Silvasan, CEO of ONE Bio. "Our sales strategy for 2011 is focused on expanding our distribution in three key markets: the U.S., China and Japan. The New Jersey/New York region is a strategic entry point in the U.S., as it has the largest concentration of botanical extract and ingredient distributors in the nation. New Jersey is also home to five foreign-trade zones that allow companies involved in international trade to cut, delay or eliminate customs charges, which will increase the competitiveness of our products."

Silvasan noted approximately 25 percent of ONE Bios revenue for the first nine months of 2010 came from outside of China, and that the company expects sales outside of China to account for an even greater proportion of revenue in 2011.
