Straight from the show floor of SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America 2021, part one of this lively competition saw top ingredients in the immune health category trying to wow the judges with innovation and science. The SupplySide Studio was abuzz, with contestants giving their elevator pitches and then facing a barrage of lightning-round questions from the panel of judges. Insider in the Afternoon Host Todd Runestad, senior editor, MC’d the ingredient battle.
