GLENDALE, Calif.Less than one week away from Halloween, Nestlé USAs Confections & Snacks Division is recalling a single production run of Nestlé® RAISINETS® Fun Size Bags because they may contain the undeclared allergen, peanuts.

The voluntary recall was initiated after the company received three complaints from consumers. The recall involves Nestlé® RAISINETS® Fun Size Bags (10 ounces) with a production code of 02015748 and UPC number 2800010255 that were distributed to Target, Shop Rite and Don Quixote retail stores nationwide.

According to the company, while the product is labeled with a precautionary statement "made on equipment that also processes peanuts," the product should not, but may contain some peanuts that are not declared on the label.
