ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. InnerCap Technologies Inc. was awarded a U.S. patent (No. 7,670,612), Multi-phase, multi-compartment capsular delivery apparatus and methods for using same, a specialty delivery system with application for nutraceutical and medical food products. The patented delivery system enables the development of two-piece capsule-based combination products that have compatibility, formulation or targeted delivery obstacles.
