LONDON, OntarioKGK Synergizeand LeciGel LLC confirmed a joint venture agreement to protect the intellectualproperty of a combination of KGKs ingredient Sytrinol with LeciGelspatented technology to jointly commercialize the resulting technology into thefunctional food and beverage market. This new matrix for Sytrinol willincorporate the product into yogurt, smoothies and truffle samples, allowing KGKand LeciGel to provide new functions for Sytrinol to interested food andbeverage providers, said Najla Guthrie, president and chief executive officerof KGK.
