Mannatech Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit

COPPELL, Texas Mannatech Inc. filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas, alleging patent infringement by two other dietary supplement companies. The lawsuit alleges Boston Mountain Laboratories, Fayetteville, Ark., and Green Life LLC, Wausau, Wis., actively infringed five patents held by Mannatech related to its glyconutrients used in dietary supplements. Mannatech is seeking unspecified damages and court orders barring further infringement by the two companies.
