OptiPure, Use Techno Sign Agreement on GlucoTrim®

OS ANGELESOptiPure® BrandChemco Industries Inc. and Use Techno Corp. of Japan entered into an exclusive distribution and marketing agreement on GlucoTrim® banaba leaf extract. OptiPure and its sister company, Soft GelTechnologies Inc. (SGTI), are now the exclusive source for banaba leaf extractscovered under three U.S. patents for nutraceutical applications and use,including for weight loss and blood glucose management. GlucoTrim is a standardized extract of banaba leaf (Lagerstroemiaspeciosa L.) containing corosolic acid and varioustannins.

We are extremely pleased to have entered into an exclusivepartnership with Use Techno, said Ron Udell, president of SGTI. This agreement enablesus to benefit from our efforts in building the GlucoTrim brand over the lastseveral years.
