MISSOULA, Mont.TechnicalSourcing International (TSI) announced a patent application related to itsPromilin® fenugreek seed extract received a favorable review from the U.S.Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). TSI received a letter from the USPTO inmid-June, indicating the subject matter described within the application met thecriteria for patentability including novelty, an inventive step and industrialapplicability. The application covered methods for supporting glucose metabolismand weight management by administration of certain fenugreek seed bioactivecompounds.
