EAST WINDSOR, N.J.Sabinsa Corporation received a U.S. patent for its SABERRY®+COCOCIN synergistic formulation. Saberry is a proprietary amla extract. Sabinsa's Cococin, freeze-dried coconut water solids, contains the nutritional value of coconut water without the added sugar and carbohydrates.

The new formulation protects dermal papilla cells from stress signals. These cells help prevent inflammatory reactions, produce anti-microbial protein and aid regeneration.

Sabinsa has offered more than 100 standardized botanical extracts in its 20 years in the natural products industry. The company recently received a Japanese patent for OcuFors®, a water-soluble form of naturally available diterpenes.
