Traco, INC Settle Patent Lawsuit

CHAMPAIGN, Ill.--Traco Labs, an SKW Bioactives Company based here, andInternational Nutrition Co. (INC), based in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) - Valbonne(France), have settled their '360 patent litigation. The suit involved ProfessorJack Masquelier's patent #4,698,360. While specific details of the resolutionwere not given, Traco will market Masquelier's Original OPCs, apatented antioxidant grapeseed ingredient. The ingredient will be providedthrough Integrated BioCeuticals (iBC), INC's North American distributor.
